How I made a mobile drill stand - OPTIMUM D 23Pro

Hey everyone!
Just like many of you wrote that I have a welding machine, a lathe yet no vertical drill. I didn't reply to everything right away. And finally, I found a table drill. After long consideration and searching, I chose OPTIMUM D 23Pro. Due to the fact that I don't have much space, I had to buy a table for the drill. It was supposed to be mobile, foldable and functional.
