YASSS girl. You sure did it. I colored my white spider gel to make neon colors but I like this idea better....I am gonna try it. I will give you a shout out cause I didn't watch her video yet. Tfs fantastic job.

Thank you Jammie, I think the best part is the assortment of colors we can have with this! 😁🌈 TFW!

Oooo, nice! Another advantage in making your own is that the ones you can buy pre-made only are available in a limited number of colors. And I think it’s great you can add a bit of glitter or pearl powder too. And, I recently ordered some color shift acrylic paint from Amazon too! I missed seeing her original video somehow, but KZbin is spotty on notifications for me. Thanks, Nora, for more great ideas!

that's exactly why i wanted to make this pin, i've not seen pink spider gel only black, white, red, gold and silver and i want a navy blue too - oh the possibilities! hmm i wonder how Shemodern's fine powders will do with it? gotta love it! LOL go ck out her video too. tfw Pam and have a good weekend! xoxo

What a fabulous experiment Nora. I’m glad it worked well for you too and I’m impressed with how far it stretched. I hope your order arrives soon so you can start playing with the spiders gels and have a bit of a comparison. 😁🙋🏻💕💕

Awesome! I have some of the rubber gel? Couldn't hurt to try. I heard you mention that you don't wear a base with gels? Do you just use UNT or any peal off base coat? And what was that on your left hand? it was a beautiful color.
@naq575 жыл бұрын
If I want to keep a gel Mani for a few days I just use my rejuvacoat and makes it much easier to soak off. For a one day wear I use the cuticle cream for easy peel off. On my left hand for the base I created a pink and blue gradient with regular polishes, applied gel top coat then holo chrome powder. Tfw and have a good weekend!

That seems to work really good Nora . But do not store it in those clear jars . Gels have to be stored in pots that the light can not penetrate or it will cure and become hard .
@naq575 жыл бұрын
Thank you Denise! These will do in the time being and I do store them out of light, but true, thank you for bringing that up!

Hi Nora, what is the polish you have below the white spider? Did i miss it in a earlier video? Holo? looks so color shifting(?) and very curious what it is.

That was pretty interesting. That would be something fun to play with, I have thought of buying some spider gel, but heck if you can make it at a much lower cost that is a win-win. The white that is on your nails, was that made in the same way you made the pink? The pink came out pretty good, the nailite white was a bust, but at least you know :) Great little tutorial. Tfs - xoxo Emmie
