I HATE that so much. Like I can’t behind the LA music scene for the most part, it’s really cringe, but there’s gems like this. People are fucking talented man. I wish older people would realize music sounds the way it does now because of the music they grew up listening to. Without Zep we wouldn’t have Nirvana, without Nirvana, no Foo Fighters, no Billie Eilish. It’s a lineage.

IMO everything has changed. Call it what you want: DJ, Producer, etc. If you're playing live, it's really just one (or more) person/people making the songs, mixing them, recording them, playing them, playing them live, etc. It's the trend since so many people have affordable access to music making technology/equipment nowadays. Plus it's just cooler when that happens haha. It allows you to let all your focus and enjoyment land on the person who did everything start to finish on a song.

yeah when i went to Europe i listened to songs like Potato Salad (Tyler, the Creator and A$AP Rocky), and Baby I’m Yours (Breakbot) - so now whenever i think of Europe i hear those songs, or when i hear those songs I think of Europe.
