the dual gimmick is one of my favorite details in the level, ive always wanted to see what duals would be like if you could completely detach the two icons to represent to different aspects of the song and you absolutely nailed it. congrats to both of you for putting together this beast of a level

20:42 you can either rotate the arrow trigger by 45° to stay synced just like you do with gravity portals. Or you can use 45°-rotated spawn triggers that activate the arrow trigger. 25:40 Maybe because you put the gradient triggers above all layers, including the bulge, idk just a guess

I had no idea how much actual effort Arclia had on this creation(!). Fantastic job. I never noticed the random pillars for the UFO. Fascinating! I’ll be honest, I’m going to have to rewatch this dozens of times due to how much useful information is in here. For instance, I have felt terrified of changing my current big layout’s GP with 2.2 stuff because of how daunting the editor has become to me. You showing us how you did just that is super inspiring. I had a blast beating this, and it definitely is in my top 3 favorite extremes I’ve experienced 🔥

I love your videos dude, they're just so entertaining as well as informative (I'm so lost with 2.2 new triggers lmao). Also the dual at this part 29:05 is so sick, sad I didn't see the cube before, it looks amazing. I also really really like the whole level since the moment I saw it, if I play it at some point I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it a lot Watched the whole thing without even realizing, keep it up

24:42 its the other way around coz if you look at the actual fade mode you're using (the default one) the arrows are pointing outwards. if you just use the second fade mode it'll make from/to opacity make a whole lot more sense

25:54 when a graduent is set to a layer it's set to the top of that layer, above shaders if the shader goes to that layer. so because the gradients are on max layer they layer over shaders even if the shader is also on max layer

I understand where you’re coming from but it’s not about the fade mode rather the way you input your info into the trigger. And with the gradient trigger, while building I believe I came across an issue where I could only use the invert option while the gradient was layered on max, so I was forced to keep it this way. Would love to test if that’s been changed/fixed though

Place down a blue and orange teleport portal. Give a group to the orange portal. Select the blue portal and press “edit group” Enter the group from the orange portal in the textbox. Adjust any of the settings you’d like in the blue portals menu :)

@@ZeroSRit doesn't work just with an orange portals, those are just to make it look coherent. All you need is like a trigger or a d block or Smith.

Here before it blows up (this is a joke but yes) I did see the video title and thumbnail and expected more views. Probably good or even great for the time its been put out, but usually gd is quicker than that. Probably stunted by the long length or the algorithm's racial bias.
