@@clonkex fever frames are special nightmare filter totally correct, everything gets distorted in a really weird way by the fever modifier. Everythings starts shaking. The special thing about the fever modifier is, that it is not apllied inside of blender, but uses a special quantum entanglement feature in the CPU (in some few cases GPU) to conduct fever in the participant later viewing the animation. It is highy recommend not to operate heavy machinery after being exposed to the fever modifier. Only us it when really needed with safty nets applied. You can bake the fever modifier into the keyframes to minimize the sleepiness after watching the animation. Sorry, I love internet.

Very cute video, exciting to try to learn how to create this look. Thanks for creating the tutorial. Once it got to grease pencil, though, it didn't include enough detail for me to follow it. There's some amazing stuff in this tutorial, but in the future, I'd highly suggest going slower and explaining each step more thoroughly. If this had been an hour-long video with precise descriptions and explanations, it would be absolute gold.

or the other option of doing the same thing is doing it making a 3D model that's rigged with even eyes and and a mouth and such and doing that frame by frame by also using the cartoon shader I should know because that's what i do for my characters lol. that way if I wanted to actually have them move I can. this is only good for only a few situations. cute yes, but ideal no because it's only useful for maybe an intro or a cute backdrop to something. making it actually move to what you want or walk would require rigging and weight painting. you'd get the same outcome really I guess showing people you can animate simple things without the need of doing those steps since yes it can be annoying unless you know someone or willing to sit down for hours lol cute none the less. I do love blenders toon shader. I mean you can clearly see it's 3D and what not. But, still love it none the less. When I'm done with my character's in blender. and not the newer blender that's coming out I'm very okay with what I have, lol, I hope to make tiny animations with it. Then again I do have a rigger so..that also helps x'D
