You're such an inspiration. I always thought it's hard to build something like this. But with you're tutorials it really seems easy! I will definitely try to rebuild this ☺️

The real building is in Johannesburg South Africa .... and is called Ponti (Ponte).... Awesome... I used to play in that building as a kid.... and had a few friends that lived there....
@maxhayart11 күн бұрын
The story of this building is quite interesting, I only heard about it after posting the render.
@ruppert513411 күн бұрын
@@maxhayart Yeah really an awesome building... The inside with all the windows are the walking aisles to get to the appartments... Downstairs the shopping area was hyper modern... like a scifi set.... but this inside was truly dystopian I think at some point they maybe ran out of white paint to paint this inside... If you compare the two parts of the building its like day and night...

That looks cool mate. Interestingly, I'm just starting a personal project which has a 3 quarter circular building section and it's set within a temple. So these tips and also your temple assets will be awesome. Thanks so much. God bless :o)

Hi. Grate video! Do you think it is smart of me to buy a laptop with a touch screen and a pen for blender? And if yes what do you recommend me to buy with a low budget?

Could we get some tutorials on the real time compositer? Thank you!
@IKHAM11 күн бұрын
The compositor is just another viewport but with the menus and overlays hidden and the render mode set to cycles. Reduce the cycles viewport samples down to something like 128 and enable denoising.
@maxhayart11 күн бұрын
@@IKHAM I think you're thinking of the viewport, the compositor is a separate tab for adding effects to the viewport / render. And yeah I can do a video on this

@@maxhayart yes sorry, I thought op meant the little preview window.

@@ruppert5134 All good man. I filmed inside there for my latest film. Great location.
@ruppert513411 күн бұрын
@@CHRIS_S54 Yeah for cinematograffic pictures its great.... Is the bottom of the inside still covered with meters high junk? When I was a kid and hung around there you could still see the rocks it was built on with not much rubbish... but I saw video's of it a few years ago and it was covered in rubbish meters high...
@CHRIS_S5410 күн бұрын
@@ruppert5134 Nah, thankfully theyve since cleaned all that up. There was zero junk when we were in there filming.
