Very good advice. I lifted wrongly in my youth and I’m paying the price in my adulthood with lower back pain. People unfortunately lift by bending their waist instead of squatting down and putting the pressure on their legs.

I did a surgery is 2019, and by 2020 another surgery was needed. I have been holding it off, but I cannot hold on any longer. I have to get it done before June of 2024. In fact, the pain increased, the degenerstion is getting worse, and the disc is slipping to my left side, so the whole back is in disarray. I distinctly told my sons, do not lift anything heavy to prove a point. Don't lift anything heavy because you are trying to be nice. You can be nice and end up suffer with back pain, or being honest and say, I cant and end up with your back and keep your wife.

It's nice to do your own business. However, the process does not look very hygienic to me. We do coconut oil in my country, but it's done much cleaner. It would look better if every two weeks or so, those buckets are washed. Gloves should be used if this oil is used for cooking. It looks like hard work. I hope you pay your workers well. You seem like a nice person.

You can start the oil business with any amount at all, depending on how many gallons you want to start with tho and also I will advise you taste out the water first by starting small

Pls you dont ferment palm fruit, what did earlier was not fermentation ,you did that to heat up the bunches that the fruits can easily separate from the bunch , dont make it look as if the fruit is going through eny fermentation , because you can get your palm fruits today and make your oil the same day if you can get it out of the bunch .

It’s take 2weeks for the palm fruits to ferment,cooking to palm fruits takes longer tho cos some times we cook it over night and up to 2 hrs max to pound and extract the oil but this timing depends on the amount of palm fruits you have on ground

Hello, the 70 bunches was not mine, I did 50 bunches, the man that did 70 bunches got 3 and half gallons,,then I that did 50 bunches got almost 5 gallons, that has to do with the kind of palm fruits you have 😊
