I said I will give my feedback after trying it out. Here it goes: On my first attempt, I realized that the millet was harder/tougher than I thought so my final burkina was like 60/100. Today, I decided to have a second run. I cooked the millet for about 10 minutes and let it sit for about an hour. That softened the millet, but still retained a bit of it's toughness. I followed the instructions in the video but excluded the sugar and vanilla flavor. The condensed milk had all the sweetness I needed. One final note......The expiration date of your burkina will depend on the expiration dates on your ingredients especially if you area using yoghurt and fresh milk. Easy to make and worth the effort. It came out perfect.......😄 Thank you for sharing this video.
