This video ended up being a bit longer than intended, so I’ve added timestamps to help you navigate if you were looking for something specific. Also feel free to leave any questions here, and I’ll answer them as quickly as possible!

@@capachili2 you should post all of your missions that you have rn on a google drive file so we can download them and play them! Growling sidewinder posts his missions per the video and it’s cool to play the mission then watch his video and see how I can improve on that one mission

you should put all of your missions you do in the description they look fun to play

the reason i don’t is because they’re typically broken in at least one or two places. in the main videos i just edit around that, but for gameplay it’d suck to spend a bunch of time just for it to not work. maybe in the future i can touch them up and release them

Yes, it was long but that's ok because of the detail you went into! Which was good! I've been making missions for 2yrs now! I do everything in script(Moose) now! But I remember what I would have wanted for info when I started! So this hit on a lot of levels other vids didnt cover!

How do you change the loadouts on the aircraft you want to fly?
@capachili2Ай бұрын
@@asmith1496 4:45 this is how to do it in the editor. to do it in game you need to be parked at a friendly airfield, press back slash "\", then ground crew, then rearm and refuel. from there you can add weapons, add fuel, change livery, etc...

Good video. Note that the flag name is an open text field, not an integer. So you can call your user flags "MyGreatFlag" if you want to and then make it more obvious what it means.

Have you opened port 10308 on your router? Otherwise, other people won't see your DCS server.
@Dr-Thing3 ай бұрын
@@Hyena_91 I have no idea how you do it.
@capachili23 ай бұрын
make sure your dcs has access to private and public networks in your firewall. also make sure your router is capable of essentially port forwarding (just beware the risks)
