8:05 is such an important point. Reviewing the same set of notes helps build visual memory and will help trigger recall. "Ah I remember this particular point was on the left of my diagram". Idk if that makes sense lol

I love using notion too - I was told at the start of my second last year in medicine to DAPIMP everything. I have been doing this and have found it so helpful because I never miss out something important. Definition Aetiology Presentation (symptoms and signs) Investigations (clinical exam, bloods, radiology and other) Management (conservative, medical, surgical) Prognosis (including disease complications) Loved the video ❤️❤️

I don't know if it would work for you, but you can save your notion page as a PDF and then print it 🙂

I am a 3rd year med student and all those years I took notes on paper, I wanted to take notes online many times but I was afraid that I wont remember them, I know that may be an unreasonable fear but now I think I must give it a try at least..
