I have been wondering lately what to do with these pork steaks I used to fry them like granny did growing up but for some odd reason they just dont satisfy me anymore. I cant wait to try this. but I didnt understand the cornstarch. I thought the beans were the sauce lol how do you make sauce? water starch and what else??
