Yes ma'am I have made smothered hamburger's for quite a few years. My favorite in my childhood days. This is a Old School recipe. My mother fixed these burgers ALOT sometimes using a packet of onion Lipton soup mix. She would put these hamburgers over noodles, rice or mash potatoes. The gravy was delicious. Mushrooms and onions a must!!!!! I'm having a splendid day today. Our weather in Michigan is getting ready to storm. High of 76 degrees.

Good evening Gina 😊. I have never ever had smothered hamburger 🍔 😮. Well Gina the weather here in Cincinnati is lovely, it up to 81 degrees, with sunshine ☀️ and some wind 💨 which keeps the breeze cool, but around 7pm it supposed to start raining 🌧️. Gina those burgers in the gravy looking 👀 good. You 💯 % got my thumb up 👍. I can smell it through my phone. Yummy 😋. God Bless.

Heyyas, Ms. Gina. The burgers look awesome. But, isn't this salisbury steak? I know there is a Southern recipe called smothered burgers, but I don't know the difference.
