Heyy I’m smiling through your videos. As an engineering student who now studies online, the frustrations and guilt feeling build up way more than during face to face classes. Skimming through your channel, I said “oh I’m not alone afterall!” Kudos!

Today’s Spotlight basically setting priorities for tasks Have a Default Mode what will you do when you have 15/30 minutes free here and there Create a Wheel of Priorities similar to first one, just helps in being focused when you define it clearly Do More in Less Time artifical deadlines Weekly over Daily Planning basically making the tasks for the every day of the week in one go. 15-Minute Time Slots instead of going eg: if it's 6:38 pm RN, then instead of "I'll work at 7 pm " go "I'll work at 6:45 pm" Sleep & Siesta never sleep for less than 6 hours a night for >2 days in a row sleep either 6, 7.5, 9 hours (90 minute rule) mid afternoon nap

@@TamerShaheen hey tamer i wanted to ask u this before but I am a student in toronto now i am planning to go to waterloo mechanical engineering but im not sure if ill be able to make it. Im a grade 11 student now i love physics and math although im not that good in chem im an average student. What would recommend i do to get a higher chance of getting in? I make a lot of stupid mistakes which lower my mark and i heard that waterloo needs at least 95 avg to get in and i dont have that avg now so im kinda scared. But i understand every subject and unit properly.

hi, i was wondering if u live on res ? if you do, i have a couple of questions is the meal plan worth it ? can i cook in dorm ? (which res allow it) whats the best: single or double or triple or quadriple rooms ? which res is the best for eng students ?
@TamerShaheen3 жыл бұрын
Yea I used to live on res. The meal plan would only be worth it depending on which res you live in. For the res that has a kitchen and is near restaurants the meal plan isn’t worth it. Some dorms you can cook in, but others you can’t. If ur coming to university not knowing anyone, single might be better since ur not worries about annoying roommates. For eng, I liked UWP since it’s sooo close to lecture halls.
