Start small - building tension Military vs Zen Discipline Rules and Routines = Discipline Lack of Motivation Mental Game (negotiation) - Do It and think about it later Tired, off and heavy - you can always do the work, power within you More options - more failure Contentment is a skill Money doesn’t make me happy Internal growth, ego, self awareness Unconscious mind - oblivious to emotional process Limiting beliefs Physical actions Detachment Growth, internal state Needy energy Amazon Prime Balance Intense focus/energy vs Rest Love yourself Party next day you can’t function

Relaxing in the supermarket has worked for me every time I've had panic attacks. But my healing only happened when a person with a negative personality was no longer around me for a year. Now he is with me, with the same personality but now (healed) I can face him. I know it's not ok to be next to this person again, but there are other people next to us and I can't see them suffering.🙏🤗

Hang in there. But still what’s the point of “carrying your cross and the one of others”? Good people will understand your decisions, and respect them and you. Sometimes you got to be selfish and think about yourself first. Sometimes hurting others can be an unfortunate consequences. ❤

I’m sorry for what you went through. I feel you. Thank you for writing this, it led my attention to realise that this is what’s happening to me. For one month that the negative person’s been away, I am already so different and doing so much better mentally and emotionally. And than we heal and they can’t bring us down anymore. We learn and grow. Wish you all the best.❤️

I am at the "Loving my self, body and soul" part of my journey. I'm regaining my health at 49 from years of food abuse. I feel that if I don't get a handle on my weight I won't be able to obtain the other things in life that I want. I need to feel as though I deserve the things I want and if I do not love myself now, I may never get those things that will create stability in my life.

Hi there Show. I discovered you a couple of months ago via Instagram, but lost out on finding you again and again, although something you said stuck with me. I stumbled across you again a few days ago and have been watching your content silently, and sighing as so much of what you say is my lifes journey, my own thoughts and my own individual spirituality without the madness of what i tend to do on a daily basis. I love everything about you, and cannot believe you are 29 ! Not possible! You are super mature and yes age doesnt matter, but being 44 (i will be 44 this saturday lol) I have stumbled upon the power within our own voices, our own opportunities for just being authentic in this world, that I wanted to send you a hug and a kiss to say -- hey you are rocking this dream of yours. I can only wish you love and luck. Much love, from India!

I found your videos by chance today, as i was just mindlessly scrolling on KZbin feeling depressed and at absolute rock bottom. I don't believe in coincidence although i cannot really say i trust the universe at this moment of my life, where i and my parents and my dog are sick, i feel depleted and utterly depressed. And yet somehow in the middle of this dark, dark hole i found your videos and they make me feel a bit better, so thanks for offering another perspective on things we all fight with.

Most of us are stuck in the same mundane routine, day after day. I have OCD, which drives me to new heights of success. There is also attitude that will carry you higher and higher. So it takes both. What makes you remarkable is that you do it with such calmness. So you have the third pillar of success. And last is the confidence to do it. And all of it is wrapped up in a kind heart. Thanks for your videos and for being born. Take care.

Discipline is basically the habit to do the things you need to do. When you motivated it is easy to do something, but when you don't feel like it, when you don't want to do something then is when discipline is essential. In life is a lot less things that gives you joy, motivation (dopamine) than things that gives you discomfort. So to be successful it is essential to learn discipline. That is true, you start with small steps of discomfort. You programming your brain to do the things you need to do until it becomes automatic (a habit). That is the only significant difference between disciplined and lazy person. Anyways video is great also I would recommend to read a book Atomic Habits by James Clear

It's the same old situation over and over i'm facing every day. Whenever i'm alone i feel so carefree and know how to accept myself and the way i see the world, but everytime i'm sourrounded by the pepople i've been with my whole life, i feel terrible trapped and caged. It feels as if i'm living as their constant pet or robot. Forever I want to find my lost youth and rexperience (to feel that carefree abd spirited imaginary fantasy world that lives inside of me), but all i can find is that same old small and dumb boy that has been treated like a dog on a wire that has nothing to bring to this world other than to behave and please others. I feel like a constant stranger in a strange world.

some gems: * set a rule, write it down * start small or risk burnout * the more options i have, the more excuses i can make -> instead, i can give myself only 1 option: do it now, think about it later * keep asking: do i have limiting beliefs/attitudes? * every day (morning or night), practise being present, content and appreciative -> curbs retail therapy + encourages resourcefulness * i can't compare myself with people who "seem" to have more; appearances are deceptive -> let's not compare myself to an illusion * prioritise my internal state: take the time to reduce tension * cultivate some quality time with myself * balance means not thinking about work on a vacation !

I love watching these videos. Especially when I’m stoned. I seem to focus so much more and more inclined to implement what I learned . Not that I need to be stoned to do so. However, it’s a nice little bonus that helps. 😊

Yes the best thing we can do is never compare ourselves to another and ask why something is happening for another and not for us because we have to work at our own speed at clearing out the inner stuff, lightening up our frequency, learning to trust ourselves and building a strong Foundation within and that will be reflected in the internal world. The level of self-value self-worth self-care and self-acceptance that we achieve will manifest in whatever forms of abundance you deem to be abundance. It could be free time, health, travel, time with children will manifest in whatever forms of abundance you deem to be abundance. It could be free time, health, travel, time with children or parents, money, secure housing... more clients etc etc. It's going to be different for everyone and every person is at different speeds on the inner healing Journey as we clear out subconscious blocks from childhood that have been blocking us from clarity Within ourselves. As within, so without. You want to see the changes externally you must make them internally. You can gauge Where You Are by what's happening in your Vortex around you❤
