I didn’t get my son vaccinated, he’s now 24 & has a completely natural God-given immunity. That’s because I’d been educated by friends & neighbours who weren’t vaccinated & I’d seen those kids grow into the most healthy adults. Also both the homeopath & mostly the naturopath had shown me research done comparing both the vaccinated & unvaccinated children. The conclusion was clear: the vaccinated were those who got sick more often with colds, ear aches, allergies, etc. Most importantly I was shown this peer reviewed study about polio and how it had been already eradicated by hygiene improvements BEFORE they came up with their polio vax. That they say that this vax is what eradicated polio (as everybody keeps saying) is shown as the conclusion. A for-big-profits vaccine industry based on lies, deceptions, manipulations, even outright mandates by force equivalent to threats and tyranny is a crime against humanity. Namaste 🙏

Seen kids die from measles because they were not vaccinated, some diseases can be evil. You are lucky if you can avoid some of these.
@mariebentz4702Күн бұрын
In reply to last reply to my comment, I have a story to tell about measles: when my unvaccinated son was in elementary school, there was this huge outbreak of measles which caused most of the kids in that school to stay home sick for several weeks. The school was practically empty but my son never missed a day, didn’t contract any measles at all even though he was present while this huge epidemic was going on. And my son was a hyper kid diagnosed with adhd who couldn’t sit still and couldn’t help touching everything in sight including desks, chairs, etc. I asked the school if he had to stay home but they told me that they couldn’t keep him at home since he wasn’t sick. It’s funny that when I first registered him to attend that school they had said that because he wasn’t vaccinated he’d have to stay home in case of an epidemic. But the complete opposite happened! It was all the vaccinated kids who got the measles due to their vaccinated weakened immune systems; while my son never got nothing at all & never missed a day of school even during the entire epidemic. So I got proof that it was true that study papers I was shown about how it’s the vaccinated kids who easily get sick, and not the unvaccinated. Plus I had given him homeopathic immunizations from the naturopath which are the same immunizations than the vaccines (polio, chicken pox, tetanus, whooping cough,etc) only without all those nasty chemicals in conventional vaccines which I believe are what weaken the immune system. If these scientists are so advanced as they always brag about then why don’t they create vaccines without mercury, without aluminum? Then I would be more in favour of them and also they use fetus cells from aborted babies to create vaccines, also animal ingredients like monkey DNA are in vaccines. Totally evil $ against my spiritual principles.
@mariebentz4702Күн бұрын
I do wish vaccines were better made but the truth is they’re not ethical at all, as I said being made from fetus cells from abortions, and include egg, gelatin + monkey DNA wow! I’m a vegetarian for a spiritual purpose, I cannot take these into my body, goes against my entire diet, I don’t eat eggs, gelatin or animal ingredients so why would I now put these things in my body! And what to speak of all the nasty chemicals yuck!

While it's wonderful to see the changes that may be coming, the greater part of good health is a proper diet, good food. That will be difficult to accomplish if the farms go under. Farming in the US is highly dependent on migrant workers, many of whom are undocumented. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Kennedy certainly has an uphill battle. I'm a 70 year old woman in excellent health primarily because I've avoided the medical profession for the last 50 years, and stayed away from processed foods. For those of us who wish to maintain good health, we may need to turn to back yard gardening. Difficult to do while I'm caring for an 89 year old mother suffering from dementia.

I fought it filing 2 religious exemptions (both fake) and drug it out in hearings until I finally won my case and retained my job. I worked 3 more years after this not regretting a thing. They tried to humiliate me banning me from driving company cars and making me mask up all day at work while the vaccinated didn't have to. I only eat blueberries grown in my own garden but use nettle tea with the addition of other such plants regularly. I use all the gingers as much as I can, haven't the smallest concern about being near people who are ill, and only very rarely am myself, and then, not enough to not do the work. I mostly avoid colds with elderflower and such. My favourite time of year in many ways is winter, especially when the world is silent with snow. I savour the 4.30 am start, stepping out the door and then dealing with the animals, mucking out and so on. It is never as cold then as it is as dawn breaks but that moment - that gives me the energy and the joy to live my day instead of it living me. And my first mug of hot tea when the sun touches the sky is better than all the billionaires' expertly cooked meals put together.

Senior here, very sound advice. I"m not particularly of a robust constitution and used to have yearly bouts of illnesses in the past because of frequent exposures in the medical field, but about 20 years ago I adopted a new strategy. In addition to your recommendations which I have been also utilizing, I also take ginseng twice a week to boost my immune system, line my nostrils with Vicks to protect me from airborne pathogens when I go out in public. I also eat at least 1 raw fruit and vegetable daily for enzyme intake. At the start of the cold and flu season, or if there is anything viral or bacterial going around in our community, I cook myself a strong curry dish to boost my overall health and immune system at least once a month. So far, so good. Haven't had a cold, no flu, no gastrointestinal illnesses, no infections, no COVID (despite many, serious close exposures with very ill people, with no protective measures & no vaccinations) for over 20 years. So must be doing something right.

Also, you mentioned exercising outdoors if possible. I used to live in Fairbanks, Alaska where many people in the winter suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder Syndrome (SADS) and some studies suggest that the lack of sunlight combined with being indoors so much can lead to an imbalance of the seratonin/melatonin in the the person. I now live in Massachusetts. The sunlight is considerably stronger in the winter and as a runner I try to get outside every day for a walk or a run or both. Dr. Dhand, thank you for being a part of the effort to turn the corner on the health of the nation. Natural methods are best and when all else fails supplements are a good backstop but be careful of what is used. Alcohol is carcinogenic and has no real health benefit. I drank when younger but have not found any desire or need in over 40 years and do not use it to socialize. Very good topic and info. in this video.

I am 62 years old and have never been seriously ill. I eat blueberries every day and take a probiotic. Last year I did a polar plunge. I love the cold; I warm back up quickly and feel great afterward!

Sounds like good advice. By the way I drink zero alcohol and am not a Nun. I feel it is a negative not a positive in life.

One tip I might add is to use an OTC saline nasal spray to keep your nasal mucosa moist and happy. Moist mucous membranes provide more effective local immunity. Cheers.

Also humming. It stimulates the vagus nerve which enhanced mucosal immunity.🤗
