The fact that you carry one bottle of Jameson in your medicine box made me smile. 😁❤️

I'm amazed at all you can fit in and on your bike! Very resourceful and organized. Do you happen to know the name of the trees in the background?

I don't but they are beautiful aren't they?! Like something I'd expect to see in the Savannah...I think... I've never been, but the imagination is telling me so 😂 I think they're a type of pine but I may be wrong...

Brilliant. Simple and effective. Doing it rather than being the posseur. Right on. If I can offer my $0.02 - I like to run the strap/ bungee cord through the loops for a bit of extra security and/or use carabiners to hook on as a 2nd back up in case the strap falls off or breaks or comes loose then the gear at least won't fall off and get lost or broken from falling. Kind of a belt and suspenders approach. lol... It has paid off a couple of times. Cheers!

Perfect, love it! Bike , basic gear....whiskey. what more do you need😂. Absolutely brilliant. Hey dude, if you can get your hands on a cheap sheep fleece you will love the extra padding on the seat and also doubles as a great matt to sit on. It's the perfect bike for your journeys. Looking forward to the next episode!❤

I remember Wonderly Wagon! I lived in Ireland for a while in the mid 70s. Nice to see your set up, I'm considering a GS but trying to decide which model I should buy. How long have you had yours and what's the mileage and reliability been like?
@unOrdinaryWorld7 ай бұрын
The GS has been in the family for a loooong time now, I've been riding it since 2021, mostly in Spain, and the milage at the moment is just under 70k miles... Many more left in her! 🏍️💨

In the days of my youth when the sun was brighter and the air was cleaner but, the dinosaurs had still been long gone from the land, I was a distance bicyclist. It was nothing serious, just a ride out of 80 to 100 miles or so, an overnight camp and then back home. I do remember doing road repairs on tires. It was unfun on a bicycle. I can't imagine what a pain it would be on a motorcycle. Also, I would keep the extra sleeping bag. You can never tell when the need for it might arise. I'm thin skinned though. I don't like it when the temperatures drop below 70 F or 21.1 C and here I am living in a state with moderately harsh winters. Lol! I think you may be able to slip a few sheets of paper into that top box. :D

You're absolutely right about the second sleeping bag.... Last few nights I've been doubling up, in May! Shocking weather here in Turkey at the moment 🥲

@@unOrdinaryWorld Air mattresses can be tricky, too. While they are definitely comfortable, Your body has to heatt up the air inside of them before you feel warm. Therefore, it's crucial to have some sort of insulating barrier between the air mattress and the bottom of your tent. Without it, cooler ground will pull the heat right out of an air mattress. I wish you well as you deal with the unOrdinary weather in Turkey.
