Yes, it is! If you have big areas, you could water the end of it whilst painting the beginning! Sometimes it also helps to put some wet fabric (or towel) under the paper

I just received the book last week. I wish you could give us the brands of paints you use. I'm having a difficult time trying to find the exact pigments/colors you use in high quality/professional brands that are highly transparent. Can you give us suggestions on brands.

It was not allowed to mention brands in the book, but I can recommend Van Gogh, Rembrandt and Winsor and Newton, I mostly use them

Your paintings are beautiful. I am watching from an iPad. Even with volume up high, I can not hear you well. As you concentrate and get detailed, your voice lowers more and more, almostlike a whisper.

They just need to be dry. You could use hairdryer to speed up the process
