I just found your channel a few weeks ago and I'm so glad I did!! You weirdly remind me a lot of my therapist and have already helped me a lot with making healthy fitness goals. I absolutely admire how smart you are and am eternally grateful to you for sharing so much useful information for free. The fitness industry is such a cash grab and it is so refreshing to get fitness advice for women by a woman that isn't just a crash diet to get as thin as possible. I've lost 50 pounds starting when I was 15 but have been yo-yoing from 130-140 for the past two years (I am 18 now) and struggled with episodes of both anorexia and binge eating disorder, but for the first time feel confident that things are going to be different this time thanks to your advice. I've even committed to a reverse diet/ bulk starting in October to intentionally gain some weight, which is such tremendous growth for me to have the confidence to do. Thank you so much for doing what you do, you're absolutely wonderful and so so smart 😊

Fiber loses its benefits when you blend it up. The more you blend it, the worse. Fiber is necessary for good gut health. Eat whole vegetables and fruit whenever possible.

This isn’t true - when you chew fiber, you’re also breaking it down. You don’t have to swallow broccoli whole to get the fiber benefits.

this "overweight" thing needs to be addressed ..... Women that are POST menopausal NEED extra body fat to produce hormones!!! If they're too thin .. they can not properly produce needed hormones. SO, I think that's the only thing you are missing. Sally Fallon explains this well. That doesn't mean extremely overweight! However, this seems to be missing in understanding of elder women. We need to maintain strength, AND a healthy amount if body fat after menopause. For example.... My grandma is 90... active...strong AND technically overweight. So. Yeah.... just FYI.

Yeah, doing 30 min 6-7 days a week feels SO much more doable than 1 hour 3-4 days per week for me! It was a huge shift to do this :)

I don't discriminate against chicken parts! I even eat chicken hearts lol. Chicken things are one of my top 3 favorite foods hahaha. But I eat based on my goals. If I want to focus on protein, I go with chicken breast. If I want more flavor/fat I go with thigh.
