Love sharing my Notion setup! Here's a tour of my space where I plan out my goals, objectives, and projects for the year. What I love about Notion is that it's super flexible - my plans change throughout the year, and as they do, I update and modify my database items. And this system gives me a bird's eye view so I can keep my goals well-rounded, while also allowing me to drill into the details to ensure my plans are feasible. When the year is over, I have a ready-made list of all my accomplishments. I've been using Notion for 2 years now and it's absolutely changed the game for me. This is such a nicely thought out video! I hadn't thought to use Notion but I like the idea of having room to write (unlike a journal where you can run out) and the template looks so cool! May have to play with this myself!

My usual yearly review/planning was feeling stale so I thought I'd poke around for something new. I'm so glad I found this! It integrates everything in a way that seems super intuitive and the template itself is amazing! I wasn't even planning to get a new template--mostly I was like "what are other folks doing that I could plug into my system"--but this is too good to pass up. Thanks so much!

Hey Ahsante, just wanted to tell you - that i just love this planner! Thank you so much! :) I got two more questions. 1. Do you track your habits with an other app on the phone? Or how do you do that otherwise? 2. When you know all your projects and bigger tasks. What is your process of breaking that bigger task into smaller chunks - like in Daily 2-4 hour Chunks. And how would you plan your week then? What do use there? With the habits I guess it is easy. But lets say you have a project and it got to be finished in a month. And you will need for that around 40 hours. How do you plan manage the project further? That would help a lot! best regards, E.J.

Hi E.J. - glad you like the template! To answer your first question, I don't use any other apps to track habits - I've integrated everything in to the Notion system. I found Notion to be versatile enough to accommodate any other kind of data entry I was doing, and I like having everything in one place (I used to forget to open a certain app when I was logging in multiple). The second question kind of requires a video explanation, so look out for more! You've given me an idea to do a video about project planning in Notion.
