How I Play Jesus Have It All/Joy to the World using an alternate tuning and 5-string capo

Here's a way I found to play Jesus Have It All that makes it easier for me to (sort of) recreate Jeremy Riddle's song without having his skills. To see the chord fingerings themselves, forward to the 2:00 mark, but the description of the alternate tuning and placement of the 5-string capo starts right at the beginning. I am also uploading a demo of how I play a bass line for this, as well as the visual meditation version that uses mostly nature clips (primarily time-lapse clips of clouds doing their amazing tricks).
