The noise comes from your current location, not from the place you TP to.

go into the range before you play and shoot bots for a few minutes (5-10) just to get warm. try not to blame teammates cause you can’t play for them, so try not to care too much about random teammates. focus on calm aim and good movement, as well as thinking more about how you use your abilities. don’t get in the habit of doing the same plays over and over and try not to overly crouch or reload.

U hardstuck iron could be bc u dont have good computer. My unrated elo is iron-bronze while my ranked elo is gold-plat. I play unrated with my ancient-ass laptop while ranked on an Internet cafe.
