Most of these Kenyan employers victimise and humiliate someone during the one month notice period or they let you stay during the notice period then deduct your salary or don't pay at all.It's better to just disappear without a word sometimes.Speaking form experience.I walked away in 2019 July and went into self employment and wish i had done it earlier.
