When you said you felt as if you were running out of time in every aspect of your life, I really resonated with that. How am I 29 already? I'm also turning 29 on 10th March. I can't focus on anything right now. It's been v tough for me. I'm in a very bad phase of my life. I have been an introvert all my life and recently I'm Heartbroken here's my story. How to overcome it. Please tell me? Is it normal. Because recently a guy cheated on me we were together for 1 year thn I came to know that he already had a gf with whom he was in a relationship for 5 years. So basically he was cheating both of us. I reached out to her showed her all the proofs. And the guy too confessed that he did cheat but I'm shocked to know that the girl accepted him again. And they are together now.. This is most disgusting they both played with my emotions I had suicidal tendencies heartbreak 💔 panic attacks anxiety. And they don't even regret of doing this. Everyone is so fake the world is full of fake people. Sach m kisiko etna blindly trust krna nhi chahiye tha 1yr + 8 months sb khatam krdia mental health and I even attempted suicide. Depression mental health is not a joke. People should talk about it more often.

Same thing happened on my 29th just a few weeks ago haha I thought it was no big deal.. and evryone came thru and msgd me.and reached out and showed love! And i actually celebrated it haha with my fam! Was a pretty good birthday and i got a bunch of cash haha!

The only way that you will have a problem is if you allow society to determine what your value is placed in. You’ve got to have a plan B for if you don’t find that man. Luckily for us women now, we aren’t pressured as much anymore and there are other options for having children etc.
