Use rosemary. There's many studies that compared rosemary to minoxidil (prescription hair medication put makes you become dependent as once you stop the hair will continue to fall). Not only is rosemary more easily obtainable (depending on country) there was no negative side effect on regrowth. I would strongly recommend going to a doctor and getting blood work, as their could be another issue. Personally I was diagnosed with severe insulin resistance/PCOS/hormonal disorder with increased facial hair yet some hair thinning on the sides of my hair or 'edges', if your desi and having trouble with your weight I strongly recommend getting tested for PCOS, 1 in 10 women have it, but its also hereditary.

Guys To be honest most of these people have good genetics . Don’t waste money on expensive products that will unlikely work . Hair fall out over the normal are due to many factors . First and foremost go and get your bloods done to rule out internal problems that might be causing this. If your bloods are normal then I would advise you to see a trichologist/ dermatologist to see what might be causing this .

Honestly speaking, if you're searching for a way cheaper routine I would recommend using a good rosemary oil (10-20$) and warm it up between hands with a carrier oil (coconut is the one I use, but you can use ricin oil) and add it on the scalp, massage it, leave it for 3-4 hours and then wash the hair with your shampoo and conditioner (pay attention to not use those harsh ones, because it just smells good, look for good shampoos). I've been trying for a few months and the results are showing up, slowly, but they're showing up.
