its nice to hear someone have a more balanced realistic approach than going all in and going way over your needs and no exercise

four months later Imogen has amenorrea again as well as a new diagnosis of crohns and reactive arthritis so i honestly think there is something to the idea of all in for a complete body rest. I think there is more to the idea of overtraining and over stress on the body having something to do with this, (separate from weight restoration). Obviously it depends on the person though, I think people with a more regular training schedule and balanced life its probably possible to not have to drastically go all in. I say this as someone who completely burned out and is still recovering from the effects 9 years later. Rest is SO important.
