Thanks for sharing, it was very interesting and inspiring. Unfortunately, I'm also affected by hypothalamic amenorrhea for 6 years and underweight. I already have osteoporosis, but doctors don't help or explain anything, you're on your own, helpless and very unsure what to do and what would be the right thing to do.

Hi! Lovely podcast. I was wondering: I have gained 10+ kg now, but my relationship with food and exercise is still disturbed, and my body imsge has never been this low to be honest. Getting my period back is such an important thing for me, but to be honest, I would love to lose weight as well.... Is this even possible, would you say? Thank you so much!

I have my period just 1 day of bleeding and i found 5 or 6 days premenstrual spotting I m worried about it because my 12 days spend in period and my belly and lower back become very fatty please tell me what i do???

I lost my period for 8 months and looking for ways to get it back. My body's fat percentage is 12 and I'm 160c.m and weight 53kg

Same but i never lost my period... I'm 165 cm and 52-55kgs. Fat % = 11.5...
