I've been doing the same thing in my life and I've let setbacks and challenges that come up affect be8ng consistent in other tasks and my days become wasted over and over and by the time I know it weeks have gone buy and it decreases self esteem. As a man with 4 young children and a handful of different projects I will tell you some things that are of use to me - Tie everything you do back to Allah and your service for him. Everything. - Be grateful for your situation if you are in a good state and practice being patient (truly patient) if you are in a troubled state. - If you don’t feel like you are making progress, remember the context and the bigger goal and that your intention may be greater than the achievement. - As you mentioned, be consistent with the small things. - Aim for a good network circle of individuals who have good intentions, like you must have too.
