Thank you for a very clear explanation of how to do this replacement! Bonus points for including the torque spec for the wiper arm nuts too :) This is on my list of things to do on my 2004 E46 once I've got the more important mechanical jobs out of the way. Thanks again! I assume the clips didn't come with the cowl; they're a separate part(s) right?

Hi there! Im glad you liked the video, and thank you so much for the support, I really appreciate it🙂. Actually the clips are included with the cowl as well as the rubber gromets for the wiper arms so its pretty much all ready to be mounted.
