It's wild Gary deleted TONS of his YT videos including his Dana White video. That made me sad. I loved the fact that he was so shameless, he had no issues promoting a wife beater. Gary helped Dana get stronger so he could hit is wife harder. It's so sad he no longer wants credit for that. Everyone should still support Gary though.

It really is a diet change that makes you feel better, people are just stubborn, my sister completely reversed her heart condition to the point of removing her pace maker, big fruit diet, she only has 12% of her liver and 1 kidney from a critical wreck yrs ago. So not only did she reverse her heart condition her liver has replenished itself to almost 30% and is fully functioning properly and her 1 kidney is working as if she had 2 fully functioning kidneys. Because she was living with my aunt at the time my aunt started to eat the fruits she was eating. She ended up coming off her diabetic medication she was a type 2

Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him stayed “The son of Adam fills no vessel worse than his stomach,” he stated. It is enough for Adam’s son to consume a few mouthfuls to keep him going. If he has to do it, let him fill one-third of his stomach with food, one-third with drink, and one-third with air.”
