That's a lot of setters! Each of these individuals, at full time, will mean huge overheads. How do you ensure that the performance metrics of these setters are generating consistent and reliable ROI. Also are you hiring overseas setters e.g. from Philippines (which has timezone challenges but financial benefits) or domestic setters?

Hey Jordan, if I have a domain, and I create 3 email accounts per domain, that 30 emails per day limit to not be in spam is for domain or per email? So if I have 3 email accounts, that means that I can send 60 emails? Also 3 accounts per domain is the maximum to not get banned?

If you have 3 email accounts then you can send 90 emails daily. More than that, you'll want to buy another domain. I've heard a lot of other agency owners say we should buy more than one domain just to be safe so that if they get banned, your original domain that you use for your website will be just fine

Skin color isn't the issue though, when speaking a second language you often sound less intelligent to people who speak that language fluently which diminishes trust between the client and the agency. Being well spoken is a huge asset in sales. To combat this you might want to practice common lines and phrases you find yourself needing to say to potential clients. Trying a fake accent sounds silly but really helps develope your annunciation as well. Also don't be afraid to start local and use the income to then branch out into better paying countries
