VERY IMPORTANT! to anyone who is listening you do NOT need a method, script, drink water, or meditate! Those things help you shift but aren’t required. One thing that might hold you back is putting limitations on yourself, so just know all you need to shift is intentions! There are NO limitations. When you think you had a failed shifting attempt you are wrong because you did shift, you shifted to a reality where your closer to shifting, so don’t give up your comfort characters miss you!

you have already shifting shifting is easy for you 444 the universe let you come across shifting for a reason you are a pro at shifting you are in you dr ^^^^^use these affirmation instead of saying things like shifting is harder than i thought because these are imprinted into your. 1111 subconscious. Have confidence, you can do this, we shift everyday. Tips can help you but at the end of the day you are in control, you don't need a method but since you are using them know that you are great shifting, if we shift easy as breathing with every decision we make why not where we want when we want and how we want. Always remember that you have full control. I believe in you. So, I have shifted twice, and I wanna give you some tips real quick. 1.I like to take at least one day between every attempt, but once I fully shifted these past two times, I've take longer breaks in between. What I like to do, is however many days I spent in my DR, I take as a break. If i spent a week there I take a week long break. You probably don't have to do this, but it really helps me not get disoriented IDK I just like to do it this way. 2.Script that no time passes when you aren't in your DR. Only do this if you want to be there for every moment but you definitely don't have to. 3.Tell yourself you already shifted, and even tell other people you have. I had been trying for months but I started to tell myself I had shifted, and that I was there and experiencing everything. I told my best friend that too, and it really gave her motivation. After I had told myself this, around a week or so later was my first successful shift. Also my friend shifted soon after too. 4.Listen to yourself. Shifting is extremely easy, so you don't need to take anyone else's advice if it doesn't feel right. You can do anything you want if you feel it will help you shift. Make your own method, shift standing up, shift outside, anything that might help you shift, try it. To shift all you have to do is believe. I know every one of you can do it. Just trust yourself and the universe, and let it guide you home. Happy shifting!

here's how to determine if you shifted, dreamt, or lucid dreamt: *shifting:* -everything feels completely real, you can see, hear, taste, feel, and touch everything -feels like real life and you have a sense of time -you are aware -you can read -cannot control the reality in the moment just like in CR -goes along with your script *dreaming:* -feels hazy -no sensory input -only remember bits and peices -are not aware *lucid dreamt:* - you are aware that you are dreaming -much higher chance of remembering your dream -can feel anywhere from just vivid to almost exactly like real life (but reading is gibberish) -you can control every single thing that happens and manifest anything at any moment -you can do "impossible" things like push your finger through your palm or breathe through a closed mouth according to your description in the video, personally i think you either partially shifted or mostly likely lucid dreamt because you said it felt like real life and somewhat went along with your script, but you could control the reality and still feel your CR body. *tips:* -script a spawn point, meaning script where you wake up in your DR and what is happening -don't try a new method every time you shift, that isn't giving your subconscious any time to adjust to it :)

Yess! For anyone reading, this is useful! For an in-depth response: You need to accept the fact that you have doubts. It's inhuman to accept everything 100%. You don't 100% that humans went to the moon, because you weren't there. You can be told everyday, but you still won't 100% know. You have to accept that "hey, I won't know that shifting exists until I do it." Accept yourself before you can shift.

There's no way to completely stop your mind from wandering! The best thing you can do is let the random thought come, accept it, and then let it move on, and get back to your shifting method! If you try to get rid of it, it will only stick around longer, and if you get frustrated with it, your energy will change, making it harder to shift. Trust me, let your mind do its thing, and then you can get back to your thing. Hope this helps! Happy shifting! 1111

I want to let you in on a little tip that i have learned, basically you shouldn’t believe the comments when they say you have to have absolutely NO doubts at all. This is false, we are human beings and we are eventually always going to experience these doubts. Learning to accept those doubts during your shifting journey is a major key to shift. I like any human being, have doubts , and that’s okay just accept them and don’t stress it out too much. Shifting is easy, it may seem hard but if you think about we shift every single second. Doubts are okay when shifting! The problem most people experience are focusing on those doubts. Thats why meditation is highly suggested it doesn’t just calm you down or make you tired it also helps with practicing on focusing on certain thoughts so when you shift and a doubt pops up you can acknowledge it and counter act with it ( I learned in therapy it’s one of the best ways to cope with any negative thoughts that enter your brain) so if a thought that you cant shift pops up, give yourself reasons why you will and just let it go! Most feel stressed and frustrated when they continue having doubts and blame it on that. Many of us have a hard time believing things 100% without seeing it or experiencing it for ourselves so its okay!! The second a doubt pops up don’t focus on it, focus on the positive and what you’re going to accomplish that night. Keep saying your affirmations and believing in your self! Happy shifting :) You will go home don’t give up.

i dont think you need to get too caught up on that timing (how it felt late, or not what was expected etc), i do think you probably shifted since it felt real, or at least had a lucid dream (though when i've personally had a lucid dream i am very aware it's a dream) -- my understanding is that it's possible to shift in many different ways. sometimes getting too caught up in the exact way can hold you back. i think just keep yourself open to the idea that the shift might happen in a way that is different from your current understanding of it, and it might happen again! really exciting to hear your story~ sending good vibes!

I just wanted to let you know that having doubts is completely okay. Doubts come naturally and the more we try to control them, the more they control us. The best way to deal with doubts about shifting is the acknowledge them, and then move on. Acknowledging doubts about anything will help them leave faster or just help settle your mind. Reminder that we do minor shifts everyday. Shifting is easy, we just overthink it as human nature❤️

You don’t have to make a script, it just helps you. Doing schoolwork can also help, (but isn’t necessary) because it raises your vibrations I think, also when you try shifting you won’t start thinking like “oh now I have motivation to do homework... hmmm...” and this goes for other things as well, like cleaning your room. You don’t have to do this, that’s up to you

Thinking about your desired reality during the day or when you're not shifting helps too. And meditating even when you're on breaks and not shifting is also really helpful.

If you guys don’t know whether you shifted or it was a dream. Then just try to remember what happened. If it went according to your script. It’s DR. If you don’t quite remember what happened then try writing in your script next time to remember what happened during your shift. Most people don’t remember there dreams but they remember their experience while shifting. But when you do shift it feels different. You can feel your body and you can control anything. To be sure you shifted. Try other methods other than the raven method. The raven method is supposed to be used when your tired. So it can get confusing. Though the raven method works faster.

the raven method gave me soooo many symptoms and violent ones too!(not in a bad way). i used guided meditation first then the raven method and during the guided meditation i already started twitching soooo much. and i felt like my bad was spinning very rapidly. as soon as the lady started counting i started twitching violently and i felt like i was lifting from my bed and spinning rapidly. i then proceeded to the raven method and i had the same symptoms but i didn’t successfully shift yet, but i believe i will soon. dont give up yet!💕

My closest experience to shift was so crazy. I fell asleep with a guided meditation and after a long time dreaming, IN MY OWN dream I accidentally did some kind of method and suddenly I felt warmth around me, I was floating. Then, I heard a person of my dr saying “you are finally here!” and I heard another voice saying “get her out of here, now!” and I don’t remember anything since that happened.

@@Olivia-ej4fh no .. not yet but in order to get out just make a safe word/action. for ex: script that "in order to return to my cr, i will say "im going back home" and then i clap my hands five times". just do something that you wouldnt usually say normally so you dont accidentally shift back. good luck!!

It sounds like what you experienced may have been a lucid dream :). When you shift, trust me, you'll know. It feels 100% real, just as real as this reality. You have all of your senses. It wont be like a lucid dream because in a lucid dream you can control everything about it. Once you enter your desired reality, things will happen on their own and you don't really control anything unless you script otherwise. Don't worry though! dreams about your dr can be a symptom of shifting and a sign you're getting closer! :)

Something you could try if you experience this again and are aware of whats happening in your dream; take control of the dream and summon a portal to your desired reality. You can look this up, its called the lucid dreaming method and it seems to be very effective!

Hey! I’m kinda new to the whole shifting thing as well but I would like to share how I shift. I haven’t seen anyone do this so I’m not sure if it works for everyone. I like to picture an entry way to a house(it doesn’t really matter what it looks like) and take a pair of shoes from a shoe rack(so it’s like stepping into the shoes of u in ur DR ) and then handing a pair of shoes to a trusted person in ur DR. After that you walk out the door of the house to enter ur DR. And then when ur done with shifting u take off the shoes. One of my favorite shifting experiences I’ve had is making cupcakes( a little prank involved 😉)with George Weasley and then we gave them to all his siblings except Ginny because she was gone. All of their voices changed to snape’s bc of the potion we put in the cupcakes.

I’ve had a sort of similar experience to you! A few weeks ago i was just going to sleep like usual and I had like one dream. Afterwards I think I sort of shifted the wrong reality because it wasn’t hogwarts it was my house but there were slight changes like the rooms and there were people I had never even met there. I didn’t stay long because everything started fading to black and I woke up in another dream before waking up in my cr. I think it may have been a lucid dream cause like you said is it even possible to shift after sleeping for like 5 hours but then again it felt so real for me like I was actually there

And I’ve never shifted but last night I was doing the raven method and when I was counting my body felt like very airy and I felt like I was floating, my arms and legs were tingling and my hands kept twitching, everytime I counted I pictured someone or somewhere in my dr, aka hogwarts. I didn’t meditate or drink any water I was super concentrated I got confused and I opened my eyes because I felt kinda to weird so I’m trying again tonight, and whoever is trying to shift I have hope for you and good luck and don’t loose hope!! ❤️

A better tip for doubts: if you have doubts, acknowledge them instead, its a normal thing for people to do. Remember shifting is full of positivity.

After you shift (especially after you’ve shifted for the first time, or if you’ve just woken up in your CR from a long-time shift in your Dr) a great method to ‘ground’ yourself, is to go through the steps similar to what one would follow after experiencing an anxiety attack. I highly recommend searching for videos that explain the steps to you. It’s much needed after experiencing something so crazy and unfamiliar from what we have in our current world. Hope this may help!

EDIT: after 1 week i still havent shifted but i felt many symptoms as in ear ringing dizziness and more. i drank a lot of water and i know i’m getting close😎

I tried shifting a couple weeks ago but I'm taking a break at the moment to give myself sometime to rest. The first time i tried to shift I used the raven method, I got easily distracted whilst I was using the raven method and it didn't work very well for me. The second time I tried shifting I used the double sided stair method, It worked very well!! I didn't end up shifting but I got very close, my legs had a tingling sensation as well as my hands and my face felt numb, my heart also started to beat very fast and I could feel it!!!

A couple nights ago I was doing the raven method and I got to 97 and the symptoms were so strong and I was twitching like crazy and I saw white lights but then I saw a black figure leaning above me and I freaked out and opened my eyes and now I'm so mad at myself because that is the furthest I've ever gotten. I always get dreams with people in my dr though.
