Some very important technical analysis and psychological concepts to understand especially when market is at an all time high (ATH)
There is 0 downside pressure, in-fact, shorts continue to cause the market to move higher and higher. It's best to not be a "first seller" and wait for downside pressure to form, prove sellers are strong and then play a rejection or defense of those sellers.

I missed the sell off too. I was checked out completely after the morning trade. It doesn't matter at all where the market goes, at all. Zero bias. All time highs, all time lows, makes no difference we trade the charts and patiently mark off liquidity and call it a day. This means like literally nothing. Thank you for the honest talk Carmine.

I caught the sell off on NQ not at the top but lower got 4.9k out of it. Side note one thing about FOMO I learned from chasing it, is that whatever major move you missed major opportunity is left behind. Anybody that is an NQ trader (I happen to use Market Profile and Footprint) There is a 100 pt thin print that was left behind in that sell off between K and L period starting at price level 970 to 870. The market hates gaps this will be filled in at some point.

If there is another short setup then the market, according to Auction Theory, should reevaluate the entire selloff up to 4810 on the ES, looking at the market and volume profile and Bookmap, shows gaping holes in liquidity on the way down, thus catching a majority of participants off-guard and on the side lines. There are "Thin Prints" from 4780 to 4810 that auction theory would say are massive inefficiencies that need to be retested, but when? Friday?, next week? or 2 weeks from now? is the $64,000 question.

I missed this one as well. I saw the levels of VX as well as that high before it took a dive. I said looks like something is happening yet something about the pace didn't seem right. Stocks should rally on Friday with PCI premarket combines with the fact that SPY and QQQ calls are very cheap right now. Do not be fooled by fearful youtubers. SPY likely gaps up above 469-470 then rallies to 474 on Friday. QQQ likely back to all time highs on Friday or next week after gapping up Friday morning. MSFT could even get back to 375 tomorrow
