Thanks for the video. So that 4572-4568 demand zone, price was trading below that level overnight, can you explain why that is still a valid demand zone? I thought once price trades below the demand zone it becomes invalid.

So it was actually a level of supply at 68. However broke above. There was large selling activity 2 days prior at 76 and 72 came from 4 points breathing room. It wasn’t a “true” demand zone. More of a zone that i wanted buyers to hold

@Carmine Rosato, how would you approach the calculation of a R multiple for options? would you do it based on the option chart? as when you trade based on the stock/Index chart it is hard to set a stop at a specific number... I usually choose 10cent as a basis but it does not work so well for me
