I found your channel just today, and I was actually looking for game shop type videos where a person discusses knock off prices on various games, the reality is, The Last of Us was released in May or June 2020, it was sold for £50 or so, went down a little more to under £40 by March 2021. So you know, if somebody bought a batch, similar to a game shop, an established chain, you know, they are making a hit and miss. In theory an expensive game could make a week's wage somewhere at the minimum wage after four or five sales. Like CEX game shops, or Game, in the states I think Game stop, they have had a trade system, and trade in for £1, and then it is sold for £15, so it is a joke, back years ago now.

The main questions is when you do see a video game such as xbox game, Nintendo Ds game , pS4 game which is going for dirt cheap and has potential to sell. DO you buy it ? My question is do you buy any one of these games even if you do not have the specific gaming console to test the game before selling it further ?

Can I hear more about why $2 a game? I'm looking into getting into reselling. I have been building up some inventory. But I'm at around the $4 USD a game. Based on their loose values on price charting, my current inventory is worth at least double what I paid. And it should be more considering the games are all at least boxed, majority of them being complete.

It all depends. We look to buy for around $2, sell for $6-$7 and make around $2 profit and then do high sales volume. If you can get better stuff for $4 that sells for $10-$12 then that would work just as well! We just find it’s easier to get cheaper stuff in volume.

How do people get brand new games that were just released and sell them for a lot less than retail price?
@Sulfen2 жыл бұрын
Some are stolen but there’s some who source from licensed sellers who are allowed to buy at a lower cost from the manufacturer but they’re supposed to sell at MSRP. Some sneak those under the table and sell them on the side for less.

I've been trying to find some lots on Kijiji, assuming the average user over on Kijiji is more clueless about the value of video games (specially rare video games) than the average ebay user. Do you think it's worth it?
@common_lad4 жыл бұрын
I would agree with that theory and have noticed that ebay sellers are often charging more and you have to pay shipping. Kijiji is definitely the way to go if your willing to go get stuff!
