Such market uncertainties are the reason I don’t base my market judgements and decisions on rumours and here-says, got the best of me 2020 and had me holding worthless position in the market, I had to revamp my entire portfolio through the aid of an advisor, before I started seeing any significant results happens in my portfolio, been using the same advisor and I’ve scaled up 750k within 2 years, whether a bullish or down market, both makes for good profit, it all depends on where you’re looking.

Great advice. Always pay taxes (with pride). You work hard and do well... taxes are your investment in a shared community worth living in. Always save. Invest in safe stuff. Future you will thank you. Don't get caught up in bling. It distracts from a happy life. Spend on experiences, not stuff. Then when you retire, it is great to not have worries when it is time to just enjoy life.

With my first 1,000,000, I would purchase 10-15 rental properties within a 30 minute radius of where I live (the average purchase price last month was $250,000 and prices are lowering, making it very possible for great foreclosure deals to come along.) I can use other people’s money to turn this million to many many more.
