Love this one!!!! Perfect perspective. Same one I share, although I admit it takes alot of trying sometimes to keep this up. We are bombarded by negative views at every turn, especially among our peers in the business. One bad day for one bad agent can spread by the water cooler into countless others. In those moments, I stay silent. As long as I can anyhow... the change is coming. Be the change, make the change, know your limits, strengths and weaknesses, then push them forward. This year has been tuff since may. I have two little ones and my wife wants a divorce. For the past six months my self confidence has gone down and I own an insurance agency. I have just been focusing on being the best father to my kids. My issue is everyday has taken a toll on me because my wife is proceeding with a divorce and is constantly angry at me. We live together and some days she is nice the other she is angry. So I am living in fear of the unknown. And everyday is effecting my actions to the next day.
