Happy New Year Janice! Health is my biggest focus as well. I got thrown off the wagon due to Covid and family illness and haven't gotten back to where I was. Anytime I get some momentum, something throws me off. I was doing well up to October, then I got a bad flu which lingered for weeks! So I definitely gotta start back soon.
