I couldn’t agree more Stacey 😘my biggest petpive is when someone does a craft on their channel and it was inspired by another KZbin creator, and they don’t give the credit where it is truly due it is just common etiquette ♥️Thank you for bringing that point up ♥️l also agree about the drama aspect🌹l stay away from it as well♥️You are a wealth of information to newcomers and to us that have been here for awhile 🌹Thank you so much sweetie ♥️

I agree with you to 100%. I do.my channel just for fun. Never expected more then maybe 20 followers and I have (to my surprise) passed that. I will start a business but it has nothing to do with my KZbin, I might talk about it on my channel but that is not the reason I have my channel. Also to be well educated about taxes and bookkeeping can prevent some nasty surprises in the future. Have had friends who lost everything due to them doing mistakes and getting a huge bill for missing taxes. Selling for pocket money and having a business is two very different things, just as you say. Also agree on livestream when it comes to crafting. Livestreams are long to watch afterwards and can't chat and so on. But videos are usually shorter and I can go to a channel and watch several on the subject or idea or inspiration that I am looking for. But also love hanging out in chat. But became a bit too much for me for a bit so have taken a break from most social media and juse resently started it up again. Still don't watch as much KZbin as I used to. I love hearing how you and other start their business and why. Always new angles to think about. Love that so thank you for this video

I so get what you are saying about the beginning and school etc. I was in high school and we were supposed to be thinking aout our future and education. I told my mother and she said "You will never be able to go to College" At the same time we were being told in school that we would all need college in our future. This was at a time when many people still thought women worked until they could land a husband. So I gave up and dropped out at 16 and was married at 19 and a mother at 20. I have always wondered what my life would have been like with a little encouragement..

Sorry to hear that you too had a parent who never really believed in you. But although you wonder "what if" I am sure your kids got plenty of love and I bet you believe in them and let them know when you're proud of them.... sometimes breaking the cycle is just as rewarding as living up to your own potential.

Hi Stacey! Where are the videos where you explained the issues with Etsy and the one where you told us why you moved from Etsy to Zibbet? Please and TY. I know someone who is interested in those topics from someone who has experience. I advised how much I felt your videos were helpful and very in-depth. I looked everywhere and can't find it. Thanks in advance. 🤗🐞🥰

STACY, Hi 👋 i have a question i don't think you covered. I have talked to a couple of people about wether or not showing your face and talking to the camera helps with bonding with your subscribers? my husband thinks i need to show my face on videos even if its just a brief hello before i start a tutorial. i on the other hand think showing my face and having that interaction would not make much difference (if not make it worse) for my viewers as they would then see how uncomfortable i am with my noggin on the camera. what do you think ??

I dont show my face and it doesnt hurt my channel... its personal preference. I think most people in the craft community know that seeing a face doesnt make a difference of how well you craft :)
