Mine was too thick and felt too 'wet', and broke in two when I tried to get it out of the dish. In Australia gelatine is usually sold in a can, and we use metric, so I mightn't have got the proportion correct. Anyway I melted it down, added more gelatine and poured it into two dishes. Crossing fingers. I previously used Nitsa's recipe and it worked perfectly. (I ripped it by using glossy inkjet photo paper on it...)

I learned things on this video. But I have never seen a KZbinr respond to a comment by calling a viewer giving constructive criticism an asshole! Edit: You ended the video by saying be nice to people! Ironic.

To all my different clays I add 1 tsp of hand lotion, depending on how much I'm making. The POP doesn't crack as much, especially if I'm using molds. I never tried adding glue to POP, but have used it with paper mache and corn starch clay.. Thank you for the tip on that

He said in this video that you made homemade sprays. Do you have a video explaining how to do that? Or displays acrylic ink or something? Thank you.

Thank you for sharing this cool chalk paint hack!! I'm going to cover a DT candle holder using CC, spackle, and white paint. I can't wait to see the results! Then, I will make it into modeling paste for stenciling by adding more CC to thicken it up! This video popped up in my search for calcium carbonate from 9 years ago!! Your very first Utube video! I'll look to see if you are still on Utube. 😮❤

Great video and I really liked the materials that you used. Such pretty beads👍. Just a thought. You may try using that horizontal board as a target for your hands to keep you in the camera view❤️

Alternatively you can avoid all this struggle starting when the resin is ready to be formed by: throwing it in a bowl, weighting the center (bottom of the form), pull back sections. Let set completely, the end. Use gravity-don’t fight it. Beautiful colors but dang that was a struggle to watch. Whew. 😅

I've never made a bowl free form like this I always use a mold and then shape it... It's beautiful , but you made a lot of work for yourself, this was hard to watch

Can this be done in a regular mold instead of no mold?
@margielynn4339Ай бұрын
Yes, it's so much easier to do it in a regular mold and then when it's ready to shape it inside of a bowl
@rebeccaallen17522 ай бұрын
I use a torch on my molds all the time. You just have to be very careful and torch quickly and don’t get near the edge.

What is the gum Arabic and mica powder used for in the description for this video? It is listed but I didn’t see where you used it in the recipe. I think you just used the oxide pigment. Thank you
