There is one overlooked fact that stands out, and that is the "entertainment" factor. The biggest channels on KZbin are predominantly focused on entertainment. In order to succeed on KZbin, about 99% of content creators need to be entertaining and positive individuals. It is crucial to convey information in an entertaining manner. This is, in my opinion, the most important aspect, yet it is often left unsaid. And of course, selling plenty of "dreams".

I like the idea of outsourcing, but I think you should do also be able to edit yourself AND have enough money to do it. Outsourcing should be intermediate / advanced step for many people. I am not living in a rich country and paying 20$ or more for editing 1 video is too much tbh for many people. If you have a successful channel, it makes sense, but not for new starters. Being able to edit does NOT mean you have to do it yourself, but if you don't know how editing work, you might be overpriced / not get the quality you want. Something that might have been overlooked in the video is that these editors might have put much extra work for your specific situation. Since you have a big channel, it will be good marketing for them. I am not sure if I will get the same quality myself with same price.
