Hi Sophie--- thank you so much for posting as its so inspiring!! I I have a couple of questions for you: do you mind telling us how many reps per exercise? also, do you take a break in between exercises or just do them back to back? do you repeat the circuit or do just once? thanks in advance!! xox

Awesome video and very comprehensive. You could tell you we're trying not to laugh during the pulses during the floor work. LOL. Someone below had a question on reps which I am also interested in learning. Also what type of resistance band is that? Thanks for sharing. 😄
