Whilst cleaning your bike, do you only use them 3 things? I have my cleaning routine, but when it comes to the chain it gets messy. The stuff you used, do you literally spray it in..wipe you’re good? Atm my current routine is a bit lengthy. Great video btw, enjoying the cycling content.

I actually forgot to mention this in the video, I use 2/3 of those clean cloths. 1 that I just use for cassette and chain etc so I'm not just wiping oily rag all over the other parts. But yeah, hose down, keep spraying Muc-off and wipe it all away. I'm not sure if this is the best way of doing but works for me! Not with others, best thing about cycling is riding with mates. That's why I've been organising Zwift meetups to ride with friends. I also think if I was to go out riding for 2/3hrs that wouldn't really be ok given the outlines that have been set.
