Everyone goes through these periods of feeling overwhelmed by the big amount of study they have to do, & tests they have to prepare for. Once you got such feeling, take one step back , & rethink your study strategies. Also ,don't forget to take care of yourself, it's number one strategy to being successful not only in you field, but in your life as whole. You provided some good points. Thank you & good luck to you all!
