Here is the tip for you bro, I stick also stick on that now I am ok. Follow this easy steps bro you will reach your goal 1. Wakeup early morning, when the alarm rings..! JUST WAKE UP. 2. Do simple exercise like jumping, pushups, or yoga 3. Meditation for 2 mins it helps a lot , before starting a busy day 4. Drink a glass of water, eat nuts, even drink vegetable or fruit juice. 5. Start studying your easy subjects, because it makes your day good and stay active. 6. take breakfast before 9 AM 7. Clear your doubts. No matter what it was, ask doubts 8. Don't watch tv or mobile before the last 3 hrs from your bed. Or use blue glasses. 9. Night start studying hard subjects of your own. 10. There are the steps I followed when i am preparing for exams. I know my problem but idk how to overcome it. After studying for the 25mins or whatever time and then during break, I always end up taking more than my break time. I know the only way to counter this is to get more self control but I am simply not able to. Instead of taking the 5 mins break, I end up taking 30 mins of youtube and then another 15 mins of "getting ready" to study. The 25 mins I am able to study very nicely and I can understand the concepts very well but am not able to have self control over how much break time I want.... Any solutions???

There is no fixed rule that only you should take 5 mins break, the actual thing is you can take a break for some time so that after the break you feel relaxed and ready to concentrate again, another tip is you should make a schedule and make sure you follow it correctly like make a 2 hr schedule with 25 - 5 and take a long break for 30 mins after 2 hr and continue the same, read the book atomic habits it will definitely help you 💯, all the best 👍❣️

Dont do very much addicting stuff in those 5 minutes of your break like dont watch yt , listen to some songs amd then after 5 minutes get back to studying and if you dont feel like taking a break dont take that break keep on studying .. Hope this helps
