@@jordonminer6553 Hey Jordon. I would definitely recommend a storybook Bible like the Jesus Storybook Bible to help you get a good overview of the main Bible stories. I would also recommend The Adventure Bible for Early Readers (NIRV). It is written for a third grade reading level and my son absolutely loved this Bible when he was younger.

Thank you for this video. I just ordered a NIV Pictoral Bible from Thriftbooks online. I was very inspired to see you explain each book and slightly flip thru the inside. When you opened the Pictoral Bible and I saw those old pictures and charts I immediately went online as it will be another great resource in my Bible Resource library. Thank you so much.

When I read through my Daily Reading Bible, I have my regular Bible open beside it, so then when a verse gets my attention or I want to write a comment, I just do it directly into my regular Bible. Works well for me. I hope that helps!

I love seeing your work in the bible! totally just ordered some A5 so I can do that too. The print in an interleaved is too small for me and I have been wanting to do this for a while but I'm not wanting to cut a bunch of paper LOL.

Yeah A5 precut paper is a life saver. They make colored craft paper and scrapbooking paper precut in A5 size if you ever wanted to use those as well.

How do you know that your reading the right Bible translation and the right Bible?

What do you mean by right? As in, if the translation is accurate? If that is what you mean then remember that most translations have a team of people working on it. I don’t think there are necessarily “bad translations” just how close to the original text they are versus how much they just want you to get the general meaning.
