I like to study on my back porch, by my self, I like while it's raining on the tin roof of my porch but it's also equally nice on a sunny day while the birds are chirping, I love it ❤

I love your tips thank you for sharing! I have an office area that I study and find it very helpful to stay focused. I leave my phone in another room and use the do not disturb feature. With this I allow my close friends and family to reach me in case of emergency but since I have a scheduled time to study this is often very rare. I also agree that you do not need a degree in theology to understand what the Bible and God is saying. I’m always encouraged by your videos you are a bright light. ☺️

@pennilane60193 жыл бұрын
@@joellebrinkley1521 I listen to instrumental music also. I've tried just quiet but it's deafening and I have a hard time staying focused with no music but I do keep it turned down really, really low.

One thing that helps me study is a Greek-English Interlinear New Testament and a New Testament Greek Lexicon. I don't know much Greek at all, but it helps me when I want to look up a particular repeated word and get a more in-depth understanding of what that word means.

In the bible The Catholic Edition Roman's 3.24 says " "all are put to right with God freely by his grace through the redemption effected in Christ Jesus. Why is there a difference in the text. Wasn't the catholic the 1st to be printed. I find that lots of bibles have changed the verses. I wonder why? Please help my curiosity.

Instrumental music turned way down, alone in my bedroom, Bible dictionary, Nelson's Biblical Cyclopedic Index, and my Bible commentary. And I don't do texting or social media. KZbin is the closest I come to social media. Oh and sometimes I have BibleHub open on my tablet when I'm doing more in-depth studies.
