Hey Michael, my name is Cruz Eklund, a 12 year old swimmer from Texas. I just finished off my SCY season and won 4 events and am hoping to break a TAGS (Texas age group swimming) record this summer in LCM. WOW! You were swimming SO FAST in that race - swimming the 100 breaststroke in only 59 seconds - amazing! You bested my fastest ever 100 yard breaststroke time of 1:11:58 from the year 1991. Hey, hopefully can get help here. I am more of a leisurely swimmer but I do enjoy. Downside I have extremely bad flexibility. Can you give any tips of the best flexibility stretches to do for legs on breaststroke? When younger had fairly good flexibility but after an injury lost a lot of flexibility and have struggled to regain it.
