I have a problem with my clicker disconnecting with my bluetooth on my phone...how do I fix that?

oh no!! i think for me sometimes it disconnects when i lock my phone / turn off the screen or use other apps, so just keep your phone unlocked and open on camera. And maybe try to reset - disconnect the clicker from your phone's bluetooth devices, and then restart the clicker and reconnect it to your phone? i hope this helps!!💖
