I use Selric T70 for pretty much every project I make using my Juki. There is probably something better out there, but I'm self taught and tend to just use what I know will work.

Hi. I don't actually use the bobbin winder that came with the machine. I didn't even install it. I use an external bobbin winder. I can however do a video illustrating how to operate the knee lift as well as the pedal. Thanks for watching!
