Here is what I would recommend you to do: At the beginning of the workout, try your best to train with the advanced tuck front lever (bending your knees at 90*) as much as possible. You can go for 3 to even 5 sets and try to hold it as long as you can (you can set a goal for 10s hold), and once you have achieved it, you can try to train for the next progression which is the one leg or straddle front lever. After finishing the first exercise, you should continue to do the tuck front lever for around 3 sets, and then finish your workout with 2 to 3 sets of l-sit hold on the bar. The goal is to allow your body to get more comfortable when doing the front lever, so the only way to do that is to focus on training with the front lever progressions. On the other days of the week, you can also train your core strength so it will support you in improving your front lever holding form (you can check out this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a2W6o5iEn8h5hqM) With your current training physiques, I believe that you will be able to unlock the full front lever soon. So make sure to follow your training consistently and keep on moving forward 💪🙌

Hey bro I am stuck at straddle for about 2 years now sometime I can do ti with perfect form for aout 6 sec sometime I cant even hold it plz help me hold to progress and how to hold full planche

I was stuck at the same spot as you before in which I just tried to master the straddle planche in order to go for the full planche. So since it took me a lot of time and I didn't see any result at all, I just decided to go straight for the full planche, and I was able to unlock it after 4 - 5 months of workout. Therefore, I would recommend you to also train for the full planche right away. At the start of your workout when you have your full strength, try to hold the full planche as much as possible even if it is not the best form or you could only hold it for 1 - 2s. This will allow your body to get more used to holding in the full planche and an exercise that I focused on the most was the planche raises. Which you will lean forward until your body is lifted off the ground and hold it for about 1s then repeat 2 more times for 3 - 5 sets. After you can't hold the full planche anymore, you can now go back to training with the straddle or the advanced tuck to continue increasing your hold duration. Also, try to train with the planche fundamentals (pseudo push up, planche lean hold) regularly to constantly build your strength 💪🙌

@@TOMI_SWB Woaah bro this will indeed help one question can i use 5kg band to train full planche
@TOMI_SWB5 ай бұрын
Yes bro, you can absolutely use any type of equipment that will support your planche training. I didn't train the planche with the resistance band much, but I am sure that it would help your body get more comfortable with doing the planche 🤘
